The tariff above is valid from 20 June 2008 and is inclusive of GST. A 10% surcharge and minimum night stays apply for stays on event weekends (ie: Jazz & Opera in the Vines), Easter & Christmas breaks

Tariff
is subject to change without notice.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and final payment is due upon arrival. No personal cheques are accepted.
A credit card may be asked for as security should deposit be made by other means.

Cancellations made 30-15 days prior to arrival is 50% of tariff unless the cabin can be rebooked. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the fee is 100% of tariff unless the cabin can be re-booked. Where applicable refunds will be forwarded by cheque less $25 administration fee

It is the guests’ responsibility to take due care of the cabins and property. Any damage made during their stay will be charged to the guests’ account. Cabins need to be left in a clean & tidy sate or, regrettably, a service fee may be charged.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10 am on Friday and Saturday mornings and busy holiday periods and prior to 11am other mornings. Late check-out is by arrangement only and charges of $15 per hour or part thereof may apply.

Tour bookings require 50% deposit which is only refundable upon cancellation of accommodation booking. Restaurant and Event transfers require 50% deposit which is only refundable upon cancellation of accommodation booking. Minimum rates apply
